Overview

The PARS Client Liaison will manage the partnership between the Payment Appeal Recovery Service and the client, ensuring satisfaction and success through effective communication and performance tracking.

In Short

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and PARS.
  • Review and understand client contracts and responsibilities.
  • Track performance goals and present activity reviews.
  • Compile and present reports throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Monitor client ROI and identify improvement activities.
  • Ensure data integrity for accurate claim valuation.
  • Work with analysts to resolve data issues and underpaid claims.
  • Manage client feedback and coordinate communication.
  • Lead conference calls and meetings.
  • Provide daily management of PARS staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years in healthcare.
  • 5 years in client-facing roles.
  • 5 years of presentation experience to senior management.
  • Experience with workflow analysis in healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge of the reimbursement process.
