Marketing Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Compliance Specialist will work with product marketing and our broader compliance division across the enterprise to allow growth through marketing practices that serve our customers well and are compliant with local and federal regulations and guidance.

In Short

• Work with Product, Marketing, Editorial and Legal/Compliance teams to maintain compliance standards.
• Coordinate compliance scorecards and report on status and recommendations.
• Manage Affiliate Marketing Network vendors and coordinate updates to offers.
• Provide compliance approvals for new offers or changes.
• Support compliance guidelines for product and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with business leaders and legal advisors.
• Research and recommend compliance changes for brands.
• Maintain systems to track and document compliance changes.
• Address practices posing risks for clients and consumers.
• Provide ongoing support to maintain compliant solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing compliance positions.
• Experience with card issuers/banks or credit card affiliate networks.
• Strong customer service skills.
• BA/BS required.
