In Short

• The Senior Marketing Compliance Specialist is responsible for review of materials to ensure the bank’s compliance with all applicable banking laws and regulatory requirements.
• Qualified applicants should reside a commutable distance to our headquarters in Chicago, IL (Logan Square) at the time of application.
• Available to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
• Provide guidance to sales team and other internal teams.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of government laws, ethics, and compliance reporting.
• Proactively monitor requests and projects.
• Support the development of advertising policies & procedures.
• Review materials for compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Maintain current knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations.
• Interpret existing and emerging regulations.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in highly regulated environments.
• 3+ years in financial compliance or audit.
• Familiarity with banking laws and regulations.
• Clear understanding of digital marketing vehicles.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage several assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of bank management.
