Overview

The Fraud Solution Consultant partners with clients to understand their fraud-related challenges, uncover hidden needs, and deliver tailored recommendations that leverage Experian's Identity Verification and Fraud Defense capabilities.

In Short

  • Build consultative relationships with senior client executives.
  • Lead exploratory conversations to assess challenges and identify opportunities.
  • Translate client needs into clear solution approaches.
  • Provide industry expertise to influence product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive opportunities.
  • Support new business and revenue growth efforts.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue and performance targets.
  • Participate in a Sales Incentive Plan.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in identity verification and fraud management.
  • Expertise in fraud and authentication strategies.
  • Experience with fraud-related technologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex insights into actionable solutions.
  • Experience navigating complex environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales consulting.
  • Collaborative team-oriented mindset.
