Overview

The Fraud Solution Consultant partners with clients to understand their fraud-related challenges, uncover hidden needs, and deliver tailored recommendations that leverage Experian's Identity Verification and Fraud Defense capabilities.

In Short

• Build consultative relationships with senior client executives.
• Lead exploratory conversations to assess challenges and identify opportunities.
• Translate client needs into clear solution approaches.
• Provide industry expertise to influence product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Support new business, expansion, and renewal efforts.
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals.
• Achieve or exceed annual revenue and performance targets.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time for meetings.
• Report to VP Fraud Solutioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in identity verification and fraud management.
• Expertise in fraud and authentication strategies.
• Experience with fraud and compliance-related technologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
• Experience navigating complex environments and teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in sales consulting and pipeline advancement.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality client materials.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
