Overview

The FP&A Team in Costa Rica is looking for a Team Leader to manage a team and support North America Financial Services & Data. This role emphasizes managing an internal team and revenue reporting, collaborating with finance and business teams to ensure the success of growth projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong analytical and accounting proficiency.
• Experience with financial reporting and P&L analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools.
• Strong presentation skills for various audiences.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Customer service skills and team management experience.
