In Short

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal RCM teams and transitioning practices.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the RCM internal/external teams.
• Refine SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
• Communicate key transition updates and performance metrics.
• Work closely with RCM vendors and outsourced partners.
• Monitor transition timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Provide real-time problem solving and escalation management.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process efficiencies.
• Provide training and guidance to internal/external teams.
• Ensure accountability, productivity, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Associate degree or relevant certification in RCM.
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management.
• Experience leading billing, collections, or denials management teams.
• Strong knowledge of RCM best practices and payer reimbursement policies.
• Ability to analyze billing and financial reports.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR & RCM systems is a plus.
• Prior experience in RCM process transition management is a plus.
