Overview

The Executive Assistant will support the Fintech & Alternative Finance Sales organization at Experian, managing priorities and executive-level materials in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Support multiple leaders as a trusted communication liaison.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare materials and remove roadblocks for executive priorities.
  • Be a subject matter expert on Outlook and Salesforce.
  • Create advanced Excel and PowerPoint materials.
  • Support internal communications and team updates.
  • Lead operational onboarding for new sales hires.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for smooth operations.
  • Provide backup coverage for other admins.
  • Maintain confidentiality and organization amid competing demands.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Ability to work eastern or central time zone hours.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in administrative operations.
  • High level of accuracy in managing schedules and documents.
