Overview

The Customer Success Manager will manage existing customer relationships, ensuring the execution of projects related to data services and advertising campaigns while driving client satisfaction and ROI.

In Short

  • Manage customer relationships and drive project execution.
  • Support client projects and coordinate internal resources.
  • Educate clients on data assets and audience recommendations.
  • Frequent communication with clients, including travel to NYC.
  • Develop solutions to meet clients' advertising goals.
  • Achieve sales revenue quotas in collaboration with Account Executive.
  • Collaborate on account planning to identify sales opportunities.
  • Execute contracts for products and services.
  • Work with internal teams to scope projects and obtain pricing.
  • Gather industry information and develop client relationships.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the sell-side industry is valued.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • 3+ years of experience managing project portfolios.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
