Overview

The Customer Success Manager in the Financial Services Vertical at Experian will manage client relationships with banks and financial institutions, driving revenue and ensuring successful partnerships.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end customer relationships across a portfolio of clients.
  • Support assigned Account Director on strategic accounts.
  • Responsibilities include client management, education, and contract negotiation.
  • Key metrics for success include customer renewal and satisfaction rates.
  • Work with various internal departments to ensure business continuity.
  • Regular communication with clients, including weekly status calls.
  • Gather industry information and develop relationships within the client base.
  • Promote Experian Marketing Services across various use cases.
  • Report to the Sales Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales/marketing experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Partner Manager or similar role.
  • Experience managing a revenue portfolio of $5 - $15M+ annually.
  • Experience with financial service clients.
  • Strong customer service and relationship development skills.
  • Ability to manage a large project portfolio.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
