Overview

The Customer Service Representative will assist users and employer clients with inquiries and requests regarding Experian's online employment and income verification services in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Familiarity with relevant computer applications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
