CRM Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

The CRM Solutions Architect will focus on developing personalized, cross-channel solutions, integrating data, business rules, and ML models across touchpoints, and delivering a dynamic, relevant customer experience.

In Short

• Lead solution workshops and develop detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end architecture for all CRM related systems and integrations.
• Identify and manage technical debt, recommending scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Guide collaboration across teams, translating strategic vision into capability models.
• Develop data models, data transformations, and process flows for CRM marketing.
• Design and develop data and software solutions for Experian's marketing technology stack.
• Publish reference architectures and solution guidelines.
• Present solution designs, including implementation cost/effort estimates.
• Conduct build vs buy assessments and develop cost/benefit analysis.
• Evaluate CRM marketing technologies and lead industry development presentations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing technology and customer data solutions architecture experience.
• 3+ years in a Solutions Architect capacity.
• Expertise with enterprise customer data and personalization technology.
• Advanced expertise in customer journey development and campaign management.
• Knowledge of large-scale customer data and digital marketing technology.
• Advanced data development skills in SQL, Python, and API integrations.
• Experience with multi-channel digital marketing and CRM programs.
