Compliance Testing Manager - Remote

Overview

Experian is looking for an experienced and innovative Compliance Testing Manager to lead a team of Compliance Testers responsible for providing assurance that the business functions are meeting regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Design, manage, and execute the Compliance Assurance Plan.
• Drive the evolution of our Compliance Independent Testing Team through automation and data-driven monitoring.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Compliance Testers across the United States and Costa Rica.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Partner with Compliance SMEs, Legal, Technology, and Operational leaders.
• Oversee the Compliance Annual Testing Calendar.

Requirements

• 6+ years of compliance testing, audit, risk management, or regulatory experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Expertise in regulatory frameworks such as FCRA and GLBA.
• Experience with Archer.
• Analytical expertise to evaluate data and translate findings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Compliance or related field.
• Preferred: Expertise in data governance and professional certifications.
