Compliance Testing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Testing Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing the BSA AML compliance testing program to meet U.S. legal and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement a compliance testing program.
• Perform QC reviews on Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions alerts.
• Execute compliance testing to assess adherence to regulations.
• Identify potential control gaps and non-compliance issues.
• Escalate issues to senior management.
• Prepare and document testing findings and reports.
• Manage multiple compliance reviews and projects simultaneously.
• Maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state banking rules.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 5 years in compliance, audit, or regulatory support.
• Experience in BSA/AML testing.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects.
• CAMS certification preferred.
• Experience in Big 4 Consulting preferred.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Solid ability to prioritize and escalate issues.
