Overview

IDB Bank is seeking an experienced Application Analyst to join its Technology department as an IT Application Manager, focusing on supporting Core technology within the IT BAU group.

In Short

• Support Core/Digital Banking Deposit Applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot daily technical/operational issues.
• Create and maintain architectural and process flow diagrams.
• Manage integrations between core and 3rd party systems.
• Support management during audits and implementations.
• Provide Functional/Technical SME support for Strategic Projects.
• Work in an Agile environment using tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Engage stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs.
• Experience with Jack Henry applications is essential.
• 10+ years of application support/management experience required.

• Deep proficiency with Jack Henry applications.
• Understanding of Deposits and cross-divisional interfaces.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
