• Enhance and refine testing frameworks to align with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
• Improve existing procedures and documentation to enhance clarity, consistency, and scalability.
• Partner with Compliance to evaluate regulatory applicability and risk exposure across products and services.
• Utilize data analytics to design tests, identify trends, and enhance overall compliance coverage.
• Identify opportunities for automation within compliance testing.
• Design and perform compliance testing through both manual and automated techniques.
• Deliver clear, concise, and actionable reports on compliance testing results.

Requirements

• Strong background in manual/automated testing, control validation, and regulatory assessments.
• Ability to interpret regulations and assess applicability.
• Familiarity with designing compliance tests using data analytics.
• Ability to refine methodologies and streamline workflows.
• Strong communication skills for conveying compliance testing results.
• Prior experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated environments.
• Ability to quickly grasp and understand complex business processes.
