Collections Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Collections Analyst, you will manage customer account inquiries, resolve outstanding balances, and process payments to ensure account accuracy and currency while contributing to the efficiency of collections operations.

In Short

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients by phone and email.
• Document and communicate resolutions to billing discrepancies.
• Promote communication between customers and internal collectors.
• Manage accounts receivable and maintain accurate records.
• Analyze aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Credit teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of accounting principles related to receivables.
• Experience with aging reports and reconciliations.
