Requirements

• 5+ years of collections experience meeting KPIs.
• Detail-oriented with strong account reconciliation skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage high-risk situations effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Preferred experience in risk insurance collections.
• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field.
