Twilio is seeking a hands-on Credit and Collection Analyst who lives the Twilio Magic to join our Accounting team. You will have an incredible impact in how we achieve our goals of sustained excellence and scalability.

In Short

• Own a portfolio of accounts and monitor key customer emails.
• Achieve monthly cash targets while ensuring effective customer satisfaction.
• Ensure 60+ day debt is below 3% each month.
• Identify areas for change or improvement.
• Provide excellent service to customers during collection tasks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide ongoing reports for collections status of past due accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts effectively.

Requirements

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong affinity for data and reconciliations.
• Experience in customer service.
• More than two years of experience in an Accounting team.
• Third-level qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
