Overview

The Credit & Collections Analyst will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of invoices, maintaining accounts receivable records, and collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve customer disputes.

• Ensure timely collection of invoices and follow up on accounts.
• Maintain detailed records of accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with Billing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service.
• Research contracts and documentation for effective collection efforts.
• Monitor high-risk accounts and escalate issues to management.
• Reconcile complex accounts with attention to detail.
• Prepare reports for bad debt invoices and credit memos.
• Minimum of 3+ years of B2B collections experience required.
• Knowledge of Indian Tax laws and E-invoicing processes.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B collections experience.
• Understanding of B2B Accounts Receivables and OTC cycle.
• Knowledge of Indian Tax laws (GST, IGST, SGST).
• Understanding of E-invoicing and customer portals.
• Ability to understand contracts and legal documents.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
