Overview

The Client Success Manager (CSM) serves as a strategic partner to clients, driving adoption and long-term success across Claims and Contract manager suite of product solutions.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of clients focused on Payer Contracts and Claims.
  • Be a trusted advisor to improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with Customer Support and Product teams for ticket resolution.
  • Evaluate client use and recommend best practices.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews showcasing ROI and adoption metrics.
  • Guide clients through post-go-live optimization.
  • Drive adoption of Contract Manager product suite.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in healthcare IT and revenue cycle management.
  • 3+ years' experience with Experian Health's solutions is beneficial.
  • 1+ year expertise with AI from a Claims perspective is beneficial.
  • Epic expertise required.
  • Background in change management and strategic client engagement.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-25% to client sites.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
