Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager at Experian Health, you will build and maintain client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive account growth while collaborating with various teams to enhance product performance and client success.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and support issue resolution.
  • Lead Client Business Reviews and document action items.
  • Conduct Workflow Assessments and provide recommendations.
  • Guide clients through the transition to ongoing account management.
  • Collaborate with Support, Product, and Development teams.
  • Promote the Customer Community for client support.
  • Support contract renewals and retention strategies.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor product usage and client goals alignment.
  • Maintain client documentation in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in the healthcare IT industry.
  • Provider-based background recommended.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of GenAI, CoPilot, or GPT functionality.
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
  • Willingness to travel 25-30%.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Must reside in the Eastern time zone.
