Client Onboarding Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Client Onboarding Consultant at Experian, you will manage the setup of clients and ensure successful onboarding and implementation processes, working closely with clients and internal teams.

In Short

• Execute and manage client onboarding processes based on contracts and agreements.
• Review and verify client documentation for accuracy.
• Conduct onboarding meetings and prepare meeting documentation.
• Collect relevant client information for account setup.
• Maintain and share the status of onboarding tasks.
• Document and track changes affecting client onboarding.
• Promote issues to leadership for guidance.
• Build trust and healthy relationships with clients.
• Work a Central Time Zone schedule.
• Support other responsibilities as requested by leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
• Proficiency with OneNote, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Limited travel required.
