Client Onboarding Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Client Onboarding Consultant at Experian, you will manage the setup of clients and ensure a successful onboarding experience while maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout the process.

In Short

• Execute and manage client setups based on contracts and agreements.
• Review and verify accuracy of required onboarding documents.
• Conduct onboarding meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
• Collect client information for account setup.
• Maintain and share status updates on onboarding tasks.
• Document and track changes affecting client onboarding.
• Build trust and promote loyalty with clients.
• Support leadership with any onboarding issues or concerns.
• Help with additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Work remotely with a Central Time Zone schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• Proficiency with OneNote, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Limited travel required.
