Overview

The Client Implementation Analyst will assist in the implementation of Experian's Claim Source revenue cycle management system, focusing on healthcare billing and claims.

In Short

  • Assist Revenue Cycle Consultant and Technical Consultant teams
  • Review and recommend improvements for internal processes
  • Document complex solutions for clients
  • Estimate implementation timeframes based on project complexity
  • Improve product documentation and training materials
  • Monitor project tasks and communicate updates
  • Develop relationships with clients and service/sales teams
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Analyze customer data and perform optimizations
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to define requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is beneficial
  • 4+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle
  • 4+ years' experience with hospital/clinic billing
  • Experience with Epic and Cerner installations
  • Knowledge of ICD10 and CPT-4 codes
  • Familiarity with 837 format and UB04/1500/ADA forms
