Overview

As a Client Implementation Analyst at Experian, you will support the implementation of revenue cycle management systems in the healthcare sector, enhancing efficiency and client relationships.

In Short

  • Assist in implementing Experian's Claim Source revenue cycle management system.
  • Review and recommend changes to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document complex solutions for internal and external clients.
  • Estimate implementation timeframes based on project complexity.
  • Enhance product documentation and training.
  • Monitor project tasks and communicate status effectively.
  • Build relationships with clients and service/sales teams.
  • Provide technical support, including testing and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze customer data and evaluate payer notifications.
  • Collaborate with teams to define project requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is beneficial.
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and hospital/clinic billing.
  • 4+ years of experience with host system installations (Epic, Cerner).
  • 4+ years of experience with ICD10 and CPT-4 codes.
