Overview

The Client Implementation Analyst will be responsible for implementing Experian Health products focused on billing, coding, and claims within the healthcare revenue cycle.

In Short

  • Assist in implementing Experian's Claim Source revenue cycle management system.
  • Review internal processes and recommend improvements.
  • Document complex solutions for clients.
  • Estimate implementation timeframe based on project complexity.
  • Provide input for product documentation and training.
  • Monitor project tasks and communicate updates to management.
  • Develop relationships with clients and service teams.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze customer data and perform optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups for process requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
  • 4+ years hospital or clinic billing experience.
  • 4+ years' experience with system implementations (Epic, Cerner are a plus).
  • 4+ years' experience with ICD10 and CPT-4 codes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
