Overview

As our Client Implementation Business Analyst, Healthcare Revenue Cycle, you will report to Experian Health and assist in the implementation of Experian's Claim Source revenue cycle management system.

In Short

  • Assist Revenue Cycle Consultant and Technical Consultant teams in implementation.
  • Review internal processes and recommend changes for efficiency.
  • Document complex solutions for clients.
  • Assess project complexity and estimate implementation timeframes.
  • Improve product documentation and training.
  • Assign and monitor project tasks and communicate updates.
  • Develop relationships with clients and service/sales teams.
  • Provide technical support including testing and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze customer data and perform optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups for process requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is beneficial.
  • 4+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle and hospital billing.
  • 4+ years' experience with host system installations (Epic, Cerner).
  • 4+ years' experience with ICD10 diagnosis and procedure codes.
  • Familiarity with CPT-4 codes, 837 format, and medical billing process.
