Overview

Experian is looking for an organized and strategic Executive Assistant to support their Fintech & Alternative Finance Sales organization in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Support senior leaders by managing priorities and complex calendars.
  • Handle travel arrangements and executive-level materials.
  • Be a trusted communication liaison for executive leadership.
  • Manage internal communications including newsletters and updates.
  • Lead operational onboarding for new sales hires.
  • Maintain confidentiality while supporting executive-level priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency required in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Provide backup coverage for other admins.
  • Experience in administrative operations is preferred.
  • Flexible work environment with remote options available.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Willingness to work eastern or central time zone hours.
  • High accuracy in managing complex schedules and documents.
  • Strong organizational skills amid competing demands.
  • Ability to contribute to smooth and scalable operations.
