Real Estate Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Process all transactions for eXpress Pay in a timely manner.
• Post A/P invoices promptly.
• Pay A/P invoices and process payments to agents and outside sources.
• Prepare payment of monthly Revenue Share.
• Assist A/P Team Lead with special projects.
• Maintain A/P spreadsheet and correct any payment errors.
• Ensure availability during agreed-upon working hours.
• Participate in team meetings and training opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years experience in accounting or real estate.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote office environment.
• Experience with Broker Wolf preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
