Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage the accounts payable ledger, ensuring accurate processing of payments and invoices while supporting the financial team in a dynamic environment.

In Short

• Ownership of the account payable ledger.
• Production of payment lists from NetSuite for processing.
• Matching supplier invoices to the company system.
• Organizing invoice approval and query resolution.
• Inputting invoices onto NetSuite.
• Producing bank payments and ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinating bank approvals and reconciling accounts.
• Managing staff expenses and credit card processes.
• Assisting the Financial Controller and Finance team as needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Senior Accounts Payable role.
• Math’s A level or equivalent.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with Excel and accounting systems (NetSuite desirable).
