The Designated Managing Broker will oversee eXp Realty’s brokerage operations in Wisconsin, ensuring compliance with state laws and providing exceptional support to agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to implement systems and processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience in real estate brokerage operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of state real estate law.
• Ability to conduct training sessions effectively.
