Overview

The Designated Managing Broker will be responsible for the successful administration of eXp Realty’s brokerage operations in their state, ensuring compliance with state laws and providing exceptional support to agents.

• Responsible for brokerage operations in North Carolina.
• Acts as the state Principal Broker.
• Conducts training for agents on compliance and state laws.
• Responds promptly to agent inquiries.
• Consults on complex transaction issues.
• Performs contract reviews for compliance.
• Manages the State Trust Account as required.
• Collaborates with legal and operational teams.
• Monitors state performance and accountability.
• Supports the Managing Broker(s) in agent recruitment.

Requirements

• BA/BS strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Active real estate broker license in NC.
• Commercial real estate experience required.
• Knowledge of real estate compliance and legal obligations.
• Proven track record in managing a brokerage firm.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the state.
