Overview

The Designated Managing Broker will be responsible for the successful administration of eXp Commercial Brokerage operations in their state, ensuring compliance with state laws and supporting agents in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• 15 years of related experience or equivalent
• Active real estate broker license in DC, MD, VA, and DE
• Experience in commercial real estate compliance
• Proven track record in managing a commercial brokerage
• Excellent communication skills
• Collaborative team player
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Skyslope experience preferred
• High ethics and integrity
• Willingness to travel within the state
