Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position is for an Accounts Payable Specialist at eXp Realty, a fully remote company offering a chance to work from anywhere in Canada.

In Short

• Process all transactions slated for eXpress Pay in a timely manner.
• Post A/P invoices and process payments to Agents and outside sources.
• Prepare payment of monthly Revenue Share.
• Assist A/P Team Lead with special projects and requests.
• Maintain A/P spreadsheet and banking information.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members through various channels.
• Participate in team meetings and adhere to company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while being flexible.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years experience in Accounts Payable and Canadian Real Estate.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Must be highly flexible and adaptable.
• Remote work experience required.
