Overview

Excelerate360 is seeking a driven and experienced Italian-speaking Inside Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis for a 6-month contract, focusing on strategic outbound sales efforts across the Italian region.

In Short

  • Drive outbound sales by identifying and engaging high-growth companies within the Italian market.
  • Execute targeted prospecting and inside sales activities across defined geographies, verticals, and personas.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Understand each prospect’s needs and challenges and deliver compelling, tailored solution proposals.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline with strategic follow-up and consistent engagement.
  • Balance short-term wins with a long-term, relationship-focused approach to drive lasting client value.
  • Track sales activity accurately in Salesforce CRM, meeting all campaign KPIs.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including Account Managers, Research, and Operations.
  • Provide clear, timely updates and insights through reporting and participation in review meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
