Overview

Excelerate360 is seeking a driven and experienced German-speaking Inside Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis for a 6-month contract, starting 1st June 2025. This role focuses on driving strategic outbound sales efforts across the DACH region, connecting with decision-makers, and making a direct impact on revenue growth.

In Short

  • Drive outbound sales by identifying and engaging high-growth companies within the DACH market
  • Execute targeted prospecting and inside sales activities across defined geographies, verticals, and personas
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives
  • Understand each prospect’s needs and challenges and deliver tailored solution proposals
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and deal closure
  • Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline with strategic follow-up
  • Balance short-term wins with a long-term, relationship-focused approach
  • Track sales activity accurately in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Account Managers, Research, and Operations
  • Provide clear, timely updates and insights through reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the DACH market
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
