Overview

We are looking for a mid–senior level Technical Support Engineer to support high-value enterprise customers in India, working primarily with LogRhythm SIEM. This is a customer-facing role focused on resolving complex technical issues, owning cases end-to-end, and providing a high standard of technical engagement.

In Short

  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for enterprise customers, owning support cases from investigation through to resolution.
  • Act as a trusted technical contact for high-value Indian customers, delivering clear communication and regular updates.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across network communications, Linux, Windows Server, and SQL-based environments.
  • Analyse logs, configurations, and system behaviour to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions or workarounds.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or Engineering teams with clear summaries and supporting technical evidence.
  • Collaborate with regional and global support teams to ensure consistent, high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Technical Support Engineer / Customer Support Engineer role supporting enterprise software.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, proxies).
  • Hands-on experience supporting Linux and Windows Server environments.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, including querying and basic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues in a ticket-based support environment.
