Overview

The Senior Technical Support Engineer will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experience while tackling challenging technical issues in enterprise browser security.

In Short

  • Own L1/L2/L3 tickets and escalations end-to-end.
  • Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for customer tickets.
  • Provide expert support to enterprise customers 24/7.
  • Unblock critical POCs and validate fixes.
  • Build and improve internal tools and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Technical Support or similar role.
  • Experience in troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, or Linux.
  • Familiar with core web and network concepts.
  • Experience with log analysis and command-line utilities.
  • Proficient with ticketing tools such as Jira and Zendesk.
  • Calm under pressure and proactive in resolving issues.
