Overview

The ideal candidate will support Exabeam’s global team by responding to requests supporting laptops, mobile devices, and application issues for end users. This is an entry to mid-level role that will provide both remote and onsite support at Exabeam's Brommfield, CO Headquarters.

In Short

  • Track requests within a ticketing system in an organized and reportable manner
  • Provide quick and effective assistance for internal teams
  • Handle local and remote employee requests; troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, applications, and network connectivity
  • Track IT inventory, procurement, and refresh of software and hardware assets
  • Partner with HR and Recruiting teams to support the onboarding process for new hires

Requirements

  • Real-world hands-on experience with IT technologies
  • A minimum of 6-18 months of experience providing face-to-face desktop support
  • Experience with desktop support on Windows and macOS
  • Basic experience supporting online conferencing technology with Microsoft Teams
  • Basic experience supporting Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience providing support to remote and geographically-distributed users
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
