Oralia is seeking an Accounting Assistant (H/F) on a fixed-term contract, directly reporting to the Accounting Manager within the property management activity.
In Short
Verify supplier schedules and enter invoices (work, ADF, utilities, insurance, etc.).
Manage fund calls and charge adjustments.
Process supplier reminders and payments.
Record receipts (checks, transfers, CAF).
Manage tenant billing.
Handle client direct debit schedules (tenants and co-owners).
Requirements
Holder of a BAC or BAC + 2 in accounting.
First professional experience in general accounting.
Recognized for rigor, relational ease, and customer service orientation.
