Overview

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support our team in the DACH region and across Europe, focusing on events and lead generation.

In Short

• Plan, organize, and execute strategic events from trade shows to exclusive customer events.
• Design event formats for lead generation and brand positioning.
• Coordinate with sales and management to achieve common event goals.
• Manage budgets and oversee all event activities.

Requirements

• Experience in event planning (physical & digital), preferably in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of lead nurturing and collaboration with sales teams.
• Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Zoom).
• Experience in budget management and project management.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong communication skills under pressure.
• Ability to adapt and find pragmatic solutions.
