Demand Generation Manager - Field Marketing - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to join our Commercial Demand Generation team as the Demand Generation Manager—Field Marketing to take the lead in expanding Workato’s field activities across North America. You will be a critical contributor, working cross-functionally with multiple teams to develop our go-to-market strategy and execute campaigns to generate and accelerate the sales pipeline.

In Short

• Own and build the overall field marketing program for North America.
• Identify and curate unique geographically focused campaigns and activities for different cities.
• Establish and refine repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for regional events.
• Track and report program results while monitoring event KPIs, lead flow, pipeline creation, and ROI.
• Partner closely with revenue leaders, sales representatives, and different Marketing sub-teams.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of field marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience in marketing to IT, Revenue Operations, Finance, HR persona.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while balancing tight timelines.
• A self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when travel permits.
• Direct experience adapting product marketing messages and growth campaigns.
• Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase and other MarTech is preferred.
