Overview

Evora IT Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to provide delivery oversight and manage organizational aspects of projects, focusing on client engagement and successful delivery.

In Short

• Single point of contact for client engagements.
• Lead the project team throughout the delivery process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading ServiceNow projects.
• 5+ years in a professional services organization.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-centric attitude.
• Experience driving complex issues through analysis.
• ServiceNow certifications in customer workflows desired.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
