Head of Finance - Remote

Overview

As Head of Finance, you will take full responsibility for all financial activities of the Evora Group across all international entities, acting as a central sparring partner for the Global Leadership Team and driving the development of a scalable, globally structured finance organization.

In Short

• Overall responsibility for all financial areas across all Evora companies worldwide
• Establishment and assurance of uniform standards, policies, and controls
• Ensuring compliance with HGB, IFRS, local GAAPs, and tax and governance requirements
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB & IFRS)
• Creation of transparency as a basis for informed decision-making
• Central finance contact for Co-CEOs and Global Leadership
• Close collaboration with Delivery Heads for performance management
• Provision of analyses for strategic and operational decisions
• Leadership and development of the finance team across countries
• Guidance on the transformation to SAP Cloud ERP from a finance perspective

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in the finance sector of international, multi-entity organizations
• Expertise in accounting, controlling, consolidation, and FP&A
• Deep understanding of HGB, IFRS, and local GAAPs
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial modelling and reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and automation
• Fluent in English and German for international collaboration
• Ability to lead and develop teams internationally
• Strong communication and intercultural competence
• High degree of responsibility, integrity, and reliability
