Overview

Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Experience Representative to join our Sales Team reporting to the General Manager for Germany & Austria. In this critical role, you’ll drive seamless customer and commercial success by ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time.

In Short

  • Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support the set-up of new customers, including segmentation and data clean-up.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on planning activities.
  • Contribute to lead generation activities for commercial success.
  • Support the development and execution of account plans and commercial policies.
  • Starting remote – Home Office – Based in Germany transitioning to Office Based in Dusseldorf (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
  • Up to 10% travel.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or customer operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset & stakeholder collaboration.
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Solution-oriented adaptability.
