The Customer Care and Sales Administration Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to customers and sales partners while also supporting the end-to-end order to cash process.

In Short

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Create and maintain customer master data.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Drive to achieve results and improve continuously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • SAP and Salesforce experience welcomed.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional proficiency in English and German.
