In Short

• Support the technical aspects of the customer integrations process, ensuring smooth and timely implementations.
• Collaborate with customer’s technical stakeholders to understand requirements and develop tailored integrations plans.
• Data analysis and connections to help identify initial problem connections.
• Complete End of School and Back to School integration activities for existing integration customers.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes leveraging APIs and database connectivity.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Configure and customize products to meet specific client needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to integrations.
• Work closely with other Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Management team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with data integration concepts and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients.
• A proactive and customer-centric approach.
