Overview

The Director of Technical Operations at EverTrue will oversee the infrastructure and security of the company’s products while leading the technical operations team. This role involves collaboration with product and engineering teams to ensure the highest standards of security, scalability, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years in cloud operations with a track record of leading infrastructure projects.
• 4+ years leading a technical operations team in a SaaS environment.
• Strong background in AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Growth mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Interest in the Education/Non-Profit Sector is a plus.
