Overview

The Senior Manager – Data Operations and Reporting will lead the design, execution, and optimization of data management and reporting functions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of business-critical information.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Data Operations and Reporting.
• Leadership experience in pharmacy or healthcare operations.
• Understanding of modern data architecture and flows.
• Ability to translate functional requirements to technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
